Unlike large conventions, you have us around all weekend to pick our brains. We will hold nothing back to get you to the next level. Business, Model Programs, Lighting, Creative Shoots, In Person Sales, Social Media, Workflow, etc.
We believe shooting side by side with us will give you the best way to learn our techniques. You will have plenty of time to shoot alongside all of us in a small group setting with real Senior models. Learn each of our unique styles in one weekend!
What do the Seniors really what? Let's ask them! We will have actual Seniors as models and also have them and their parents participate in a live roundtable discussion where we can ask them what they are looking for in a Senior Experience!
The location will be at the beautiful Indian Rocks Hotel in Florida. We will have a special room rate for your stay at the hotel. Ask for the DJD rate when booking. Come early or stay longer to enjoy this wonderful area!
Fly into Tampa International (TPA) Airport and take a shuttle or Uber over to the hotel.

Jessica Robertson created Jessica Robertson Photographic Artistry over 15 years ago and is currently serving the Richmond area from her 3000 square foot retail space in Ashland. Jessica's reputation for quality and consistency stem from her commitment to a set of core values which are reflected in her imagery: Timeless, Creative, Memorable, Unique, and Storytelling.
Although her business is not limited to senior portraits, Jessica attributes her consistent yearly growth and her reputation as the premier senior portrait photographer in the area to two things, her commitment to her core values and her pragmatic business philosophy. Jessica holds a degree in Art with a concentration in photography from Guilford College. Through her professional affiliations and print competitions, Jessica strives to constantly improve her skills. Jessica has earned her Masters of Photography, Associate Fellow of Photography, and Fellow of Photography degrees. This year, Jessica has also received her Master Craftsman degree. Since Jessica started competing in national print competition in 2010, her work has been included in the esteemed Loan Collection eight times and she has won Professional Photographer of the Year multiple times. The second component of her success, is her business philosophy. Over the years, Jessica has honed her organized approach to the process of portrait photography which allows for the creative process while consistently producing profit.
Jessica creates imagery that stands the test of time and forges relationships with her clients that withstand the fluctuations in the economy. In an age of digital manipulation, filters and flash drives, Jessica hand crafts her images with light and detailed retouching. The high-quality printed portraits she delivers to her clients hang in their homes and are handed down from generation to generation.

Fashion Posing and Lighting. What David Brings to DJD is a fashion approach to posing and lighting. “The goal for every client I have is to help them feel beautiful and see themselves the way the people that love them see them.” We’ll explore the communications involved with the client to help them pose naturally and easily. We will look at the elements of posing for seniors in high school to bring out a fashion look and show off their style. We will also show some lighting techniques to help bring that out as well.
David Also has a very active Senior Model team – a unique approach to sales and pricing – and loves to share his branding and marketing techniques using, print, video, social media and networking with schools, boutiques and organizations.
