Senior Image Spotlight Contest

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not improve chances of winning. Void where prohibited.

1) Sponsor

The Senior Image Spotlight Contest (“Contest”) is sponsored by Seniors Unlocked / Frievalt Photography, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2) Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. If an entrant is not 18, they may not enter. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible.

3) Contest Period

The Contest begins February 1st, 1pm cst 2026 and ends March 1st, 11pm cst 2026 (“Contest Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4) How to Enter

Enter by submitting eligible image(s) through the official submission form located at https://store.seniorsunlocked.com/senior-image-spotlight during the Contest Period. Incomplete entries, or entries submitted outside the Contest Period, are void.

5) Entry Categories

Entries must be submitted into one of the following categories (for both male and female seniors):
Nature, Urban, Sport, Hobby.
Each image must be submitted to one category.

6) Entry Limits

• Maximum of five (5) images per category per entrant.
• Each image is judged individually.
• You do not need to submit in every category.
• Sponsor may disqualify entries that exceed limits or use automated, scripted, or fraudulent methods.

7) Image Requirements

• File type: JPG preferred
• Color space: sRGB
• Recommended size: 3000px on the long edge, under 5MB
• Watermarks/logos: No watermarks or photographer logos on images (selected images will be credited)
• Images should be senior portrait work and appropriate for general audiences. No nude content, explicit content, hate content, or illegal content.

8) File Naming

Images must be named: YourName_Category_ImageNumber.jpg
Example: JohnWick_FemaleUrban_01.jpg
Entries that are not clearly labeled may be rejected.

9) Ownership, Rights, and Permissions

By entering, you represent and warrant that:

1. You created the submitted image(s) and own all rights in them, or you have secured all necessary rights to submit them.
2. Your submission does not violate any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights).
3. You have all required permissions and releases, including any model release and parent/guardian consent as needed for public display and promotional use.

You keep ownership of your images. By submitting, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publish, and distribute the submitted images (in whole or in part) for:

• featuring inside the Seniors Unlocked/Kickass Posing app
• showcasing as posing inspiration
• marketing and promotion of Seniors Unlocked and the Senior Image Spotlight
• future training content
  This license includes the right to resize, crop, and make minor adjustments for formatting, without changing the core content. Sponsor will provide credit where practical.

10) How Winners Are Chosen

This is a skill-based contest. No public voting. Sponsor (or Sponsor’s chosen judges) will review eligible entries and select:

1. Top 10 images for each category, and then
2. One (1) overall Grand Prize winner selected from the combined Top 10 selections.

Judging criteria (weighted at Sponsor’s discretion) may include: posing, lighting, composition, expression/connection, technical quality, and overall impact. Sponsor’s decisions are final.

11) Prize

Grand Prize: $500 USD (awarded as PayPal).
Prize is non-transferable. No substitutions except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed.

Odds of winning depend on the number and quality of eligible entries received.

12) Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winner will be notified via email at the address used to enter. Winner must respond within 5 days. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond in time, or fails verification, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, and publicity release (where permitted by law), and provide tax information (such as a W-9 for U.S. winners).

13) Taxes

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not specifically stated. Sponsor may issue tax forms where required by law.

14) Publicity

Except where prohibited, entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, business name, city/state, likeness, and statements about the prize for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

15) General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any entry that Sponsor believes violates these Rules or is not in the spirit of the Contest. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors interfere with the Contest’s integrity.

16) Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance/use of the prize, including claims related to intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or technical issues.

17) Disputes and Governing Law

These Rules and the Contest are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Brown County, WI, and entrants consent to that jurisdiction.

18) Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy located at Privacy Policy:https://store.seniorsunlocked.com/pages/privacy-policy

19) Winners List

To request the winner’s name (available after the Contest ends), email dan@seniorsunlocked with the subject line “Senior Image Spotlight Winner” within 30 days after the Contest ends.
