Oh no! We hate to see you go, but do understand sometimes things change.
Please keep in mind you will no longer have access to the rockin' SU Insiders Facebook group or any of the epic tutorials included in your membership.
You can always sign back up at a later day, but if the price has gone up, you won't be able to keep your previous rate. If that didn't convince you to stay, I understand.
ALL of your non-subscription products will remain in your Seniors Unlocked Library for future viewing/downloading.
- You may cancel your SU Insiders membership subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews for a subsequent Month/Year in order to avoid being charged for the next Monthly/Yearly subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current Monthly/Yearly subscription period. You will retain access to your membership until the end of your billing cycle but not the Private Facebook Group.
To cancel your service within your account, please follow the instructions provided below. How to manually cancel your subscription in the Settings tab of your Member account:
- Log into your account: https://store.seniorsunlocked.com/
- Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page.
- Select Settings from the dropdown
- Click Billing Info in the top right of the page
- Click Cancel Active Subscriptions

How to Unsubscribe via Stripe
If you are a Stripe Customer and want to cancel with them, you will have to contact their support team. Here's the link: https://support.stripe.com/
How to Unsubscribe via PayPal
Please follow the steps below to cancel a PayPal subscription:
- Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
- Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
- Select Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."
- Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel...
- ...and click the Cancel Subscription button.
- Confirm your request to finalize the cancellation.
