PLEASE READ THIS RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE PURCHASING FROM THIS WEBSITE. By using this website, you signify your consent to these terms of use. If you do not agree to this refund policy, please do not make any purchases.

Cancellation Policy 

All premium membership subscriptions will automatically renew from the date of purchase unless canceled before the following billing date.

• Monthly members: Will renew one month from the date of purchase
• Yearly Members: Will renew one year from the date of purchase
• Lifetime Members: Will never need to renew or be charged after the initial payment 

*​ ALL of your non-subscription products will remain in your Seniors Unlocked Library for future viewing/downloading. 

• You may cancel your membership subscription at any time. Please note that you must cancel your subscription ​before​ it renews for a subsequent Month/Year in order to avoid being charged for the next Monthly/Yearly subscription fee. If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then-current Monthly/Yearly subscription period. You will retain access to your membership until the end of your billing cycle but not the Private Facebook Group. 

To cancel your service within your account, please follow the instructions provided below. How to​ manually cancel your subscription in the ​Settings​ tab of your Member account: 

• Log into your account: https://store.seniorsunlocked.com/
• Click on your Avatar in the top right of the page. 
• Select ​Settings​ from the dropdown 
• Click ​Billing Info​ in the top right of the page
• Click Cancel Active Subscriptions

 How to Unsubscribe via PayPal

 Please follow the steps below to cancel a PayPal subscription:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at www.paypal.com.
2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
3. Select Preapproved Payments under "Payment settings."
4. Select the merchant whose agreement you want to cancel...
5. ...and click the Cancel Subscription button.
6. Confirm your request to finalize the cancellation.

 NO Refund Policy for Streaming Service Subscriptions

Just as any streaming service subscription service available on the market today, REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES. WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS OR PRORATED BILLING FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS THAT ARE CANCELLED AFTER THE RENEWAL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENT HAS BEEN PROCESSED. In such circumstances, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the monthly/yearly billing cycle. If you stop using our services in between the term, we do not issue refunds for fees paid by you for the remaining term.

 Each subscription provider reserves the right to offer refunds, discounts or other considerations in select circumstances at its sole discretion. Please note that each circumstance is unique and the election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another.

Prices for Digital products and Membership subscriptions offered via Seniors Unlocked may change at any time, and Seniors Unlocked does not provide price protection in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.

Downloads from our servers are closely monitored to ensure you are able to successfully access our products. While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our download servers.

There is no contract or commitment to subscriptions. Any subscriptions billed are non-refundable. Subscriptions may be canceled during any billing period and services will be terminated at the end of said billing period unless on a trial period, then services will be terminated immediately.
