She also has attained her Masters and Fellow accreditation through The Portrait Masters. And holds a Master accreditation with the Icon Awards. This past year she finished 3rd in the USA with the WPE International Image Awards.Annie has been a presenter at national conferences and local chapters on creating artful images.

She also hosts a Luxe Workshop at her studio in Minneapolis teaching inspiration, styling, lighting, shooting & editing fine art images.As a graphic artist, Annie has a design site dedicated to photographers offering marketing templates, digital backgrounds & products, actions and ebooks as well as logo and branding design.

Bio: Believe it or not I’m a country girl at heart and learned of my love for photography through 4H. I started a full service portrait studio in 2006 after graduating from Hawkeye Comm. College with a degree in Professional Photography. It grew quick and I soon realized that my favorite subjects were seniors. When I started my current biz in 2014 I was bound and determined to build a brand solely focusing on teen photography; which I did and have since expanded to headshots and families. I became a PPA Master of Photography in 2017 and received a PPA Craftsman degree in 2021.  I am passionate about uplifting and educating other photographers in the industry. I will never stop learning how to better my craft and I’m so excited to be able to teach other photographers how to create amazing images and experiences for their clients.

Taking photoshop classes13 years ago to learn to make better posters she ended up buying a camera and hasn't put it down. She specializes in high school seniors and has spent the last 10 years photographing seniors in Minneapolis. She recently relocated to Salt Lake City, but continues to return to Minneapolis periodically for senior pictures, while also photographing seniors in her new hometown. Over the last decade she has photographed over 600 seniors, gathering valuable insights into senior photography and posing that she shares to benefit others in the field.
